Today we are in Xian to see the Terracotta Warriors. Xian is about a 2
hour flight from Shanghai and we arrived yesterday. We went to see
the warriors this morning and it really was amazing. The first
building which is pictured below is about 100 yards wide and probably
200 yards long. They have only excavated out and restored a portion of
it but what is done is really phenomenal. Each of the warriors are
life size, unique and completely handmade 2200 years ago!!! There are
horses and chariots as well. This was all made by the emperor of the
time. He had them made and buried around his tomb to protect him in
the afterworld. I wonder how that's working out for him. :).

You really do need one on your front porch. You may need to get one of the horses too! A horse would look good in Aggie colors too. HA!
